Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Baler Technician for a 12‑hour night shift to help keep production moving. You will operate recycling equipment to shred, compress, and bale paper by‑products, tie/bale them, and transport finished loads with pallet jacks or forklifts.

No previous baler experience is required as training is provided; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and a safety‑minded attitude. This is a full‑time manufacturing role with overtime opportunities.

Mansioni

• Operate recycling equipment that shreds, compresses, and bales paper by‑products.
• Thread and secure tie bands around completed bales.
• Remove finished bales and transport to storage using pallet jacks, hoists or forklifts.
• Weigh bales and maintain records of weights and materials.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Lubricate and perform routine maintenance on baling equipment.
• Clear paper obstructions from the cyclone system when needed.
• Assist with loading bales for shipment and complete shipping docs as needed.
• Photograph containers and seals for shipment verification when required.
