Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience using computer systems and inventory management software.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work in freezer environments and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing.
• Must be at least 18 and able to work weekends, holidays, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory transactions, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Operate material-handling equipment to safely move, store, and retrieve products.
• Validate finished goods inventory to ensure accurate counts, labeling, and traceability.
• Manage freezer storage activities to support inventory organization and product integrity.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Follow safety, GMP, and operational standards to support performance.
