Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will maintain inventory records, operate material-handling equipment, and support traceability in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, forklift certification preferred, SAP experience a plus. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience using computer systems and inventory management software.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, transactions, and system updates.
• Operate material-handling equipment to move, store, and retrieve products.
• Validate finished goods inventory for counts, labeling, and traceability.
• Manage freezer storage activities to support inventory organization.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Follow safety, GMP, and operational standards to support performance.
