Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Stand‑up forklift operating experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and data entry systems.
• Ability to accurately enter, retrieve, and maintain inventory and production records.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse and food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving activities to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, transaction verification, and inventory control processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and product handling standards throughout warehouse operations.
• Support efficient warehouse execution by monitoring workflow, minimizing delays, and maintaining shipment integrity.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and support operational performance.
• Train and support team members on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and departmental expectations.
• Operate warehouse equipment and inventory management systems to facilitate storage, receiving, and shipping activities.
