Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is hiring for an Operator 2, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift in Cayce, SC. The role focuses on operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You’ll work the 3rd shift (9:45 PM–6:15 AM) and rotate across manufacturing and packaging areas to support efficient production and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers to support production schedules and product requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation.
• Follow food safety, quality, GMP, and workplace safety standards.
• Support production operations by rotating across manufacturing and packaging areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
