Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Production-3rd Shift for our Cayce, South Carolina bakery. You will operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent bakery operations, supporting product quality and food safety.

Shift is 3rd shift (9:45pm-6:15am). Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficient operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records.
• Perform equipment setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers to support production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and established operating procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve operational goals and drive efficiency.
