Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is hiring for an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse on the Cayce, SC 3rd shift. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, move products with material-handling equipment, and ensure traceability in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of warehouse experience, and familiarity with inventory systems. Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is expected; lifting up to 50 lbs and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience using computer systems and inventory management software.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory transactions, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Operate material-handling equipment to safely move, store, and retrieve products.
• Validate finished goods inventory to ensure accurate counts, labeling, and traceability.
• Manage freezer storage activities to support inventory organization and product integrity.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse and storage areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.
• Follow safety, GMP, and operational standards to support warehouse and production performance.
