Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience and supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork; able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of Bakery Department operations.
• Manage department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming items for damage.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment; ensure health and safety compliance.
