Sprouts Farmers Market in Albuquerque is seeking a Bakery Clerk who will prepare, package and present all baked goods while delivering friendly, high‑quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll assist in baking, stocking products, handling price tagging and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the bakery area. The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with bakery experienceor equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly, positive attitude.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to handle phones, take special orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package baked goods.
• Assist in preparing, baking, pricing, and merchandising bakery items.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, rotate, and monitor pricing and quality of bakery products.
