Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Clerks and support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, displays, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ordering, merchandise rotation, and upholding health and sanitation standards while maintaining a helpful and friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two years retail grocery experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls and supervision of Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Inspect incoming items for quality and damaged goods.
• Ensure safety, health, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
