Requirements include at least 18 years old, 2 years of retail grocery experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and flexibility for night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization across the department.
• Ability to stand long hours and operate basic bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising daily Bakery Department operations.
• Help manage merchandising for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee inventory controls and ordering for the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure product quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance.
