Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Las Vegas to lead the Bakery Clerks and support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will oversee merchandising, inventory, displays, and quality control while ensuring top-notch customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires a strong service mindset, reliable scheduling including nights and weekends, and ability to work with the team to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including night, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department.
• Operate bakery equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily department operations.
• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and Bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure quality.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and monitor bakery products.
