Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the bakery department, overseeing daily baking output, display, quality, inventory, and budget. You will coach and develop team members, schedule effectively, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive sales and gross profit while maintaining Sprouts standards.

Previous 2+ years in retail grocery is required; 18+; flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers and related equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily output baking, production, and display of bakery products.
• Supervise quality, monitor inventory, and manage the bakery budget.
• Evaluate operations and implement improved practices and procedures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and proper food handling practices.
• Plan orders, inventory, pricing integrity, labor and displays.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule staff and maintain productivity; lead in-store meetings.
