Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.

• Execute rotation of merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enforce health/sanitation guidelines.
