Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Clerks and daily Bakery operations.
• Manage department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, and product quality; supervise Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Ensure high level of customer service and sanitation compliance.
• Operate deli equipment, unload deliveries, and maintain safety standards.
• Support fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
