Sprouts Farmers Market in Suwanee, GA is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead bakery clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high product quality. You will help manage inventory, rotations, displays, health and safety compliance, and flexible scheduling to support a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Two years of retail grocery and supervisory experience are required; strong communication and team leadership are essential to grow

Qualifications

• Two years of retail grocery experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
• Monitor in-coming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and monitor product quality.
• Unload and sort store deliveries and operate bakery equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and ensure the team follows them.
