Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and Bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays in the bakery.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and quality control.
• Ensure excellent customer service and monitor bakery product quality.
• Unload/store deliveries and operate deli equipment as needed.
• Enforce safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and train team members.
