Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead Bakery Clerks and support the Bakery Manager in daily operations. You will help drive customer service excellence, supervise staff, and ensure product quality across the bakery department.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail grocery with supervisory experience; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compliance with health and safety standards is expected to maintain fresh, safe products.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer interaction and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Department operations.
• Manage department for productivity and profit; oversee inventory and displays.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Maintain quality of Bakery products and customer service standards.
• Unload/store deliveries and operate bakery equipment.
