You will work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to lead teammates, drive daily operations, and deliver a warm, welcoming environment that reflects NbC standards.

You will coach staff, ensure productivity, and contribute to sales and profitability while upholding brand culture. Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
