Nothing Bundt Cakes in Heath, OH is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and high-quality cakes. You will help lead the team, drive sales, and uphold NbC standards while promoting a welcoming, joyful bakery culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Proven ability to coach others, train new team members, direct work, and hit productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and collaborate with managers to drive sales and profitability.
• Execute day-to-day bakery operations while upholding NbC standards.
