Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge is seeking a Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to sustain the highest quality cakes, a warm environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates on day-to-day operations to support NbC standards.

This role emphasizes coaching, training, and promoting NbC culture while contributing to sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service.
• Experience in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager and leadership in driving sales and profitability.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality cakes and exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure daily operations comply with NbC standards.
• Train and coach new team members.
