Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to deliver high-quality cakes and a warm guest experience.

You will lead and train front-line team members, support daily bakery operations, and help drive sales and profitability while upholding NbC standards and culture. Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail or food service, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience coaching others, training new staff, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.
