Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to uphold NbC standards, create a warm guest experience, and lead the team in daily bakery operations.

The role involves coaching staff, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring operations meet brand guidelines with flexibility across shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success coaching others, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Assist in driving sales and profitability with bakery management.
• Execute day-to-day operations and ensure NbC standards compliance.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
