Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to deliver the highest-quality cakes and an exceptional guest experience. You will help drive sales and profitability, lead daily operations, and coach team members to meet NbC standards.

We value customer service and leadership in a fast-paced, friendly bakery. Availability for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail/food service, preferably with lead responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach others, train new team members, and drive productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift alongside bakery management to ensure quality cakes and guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales and profitability by executing daily bakery operations.
