Nothing Bundt Cakes in Kernersville is seeking a Shift Leader to open/close the bakery, welcome guests, and guide the Crafting and Guest Services teams in delivering delightful cake experiences. You’ll manage routine tasks, assist with crafting orders, handle light clerical duties, and ensure the storefront stays clean, organized, and inviting while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Introduce walk-in guests to products and provide a welcoming tour.
• Assist with crafting and fulfilling orders, including boxes and packaging.
• Handle phone orders and balance POS accurately.
• Maintain clean, merchandised retail area and assist in crafting department when needed.
• Coordinate timing of orders between Guest Services and Frosting.
• Keep inventory of design pieces and ensure materials are stocked and clean.
