Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience, manage bakery operations, and support unique celebrations. You will greet guests, educate them on cake options, handle orders with the POS system, and assist with decorating and packaging. Weekend, opening and closing shifts are required, with flexibility for holiday operations.

Prior NbC bakery supervisory experience is a plus; a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous shift-leader experience at NbC, bakery, restaurant or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm and follow NbC SWEET Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, promotions and merchandise.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process guest orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Keep bakery display clean and well-presented; assist with cleaning tasks and organization.
