Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Lead in Leland, NC. You will guide the bakery team during daily operations, support the Bakery Manager, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Help ensure the bakery is prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to Joy Creators and bakery team members.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Help manage daily bakery operations, including cleanliness, organization, and product availability.
• Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, food safety, and brand standards.
• Support guest recovery and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Help monitor staffing and labor throughout the shift.
• Communicate important information and operational needs to the Bakery Manager.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
