Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager and team to deliver high-quality cakes, a warm environment, and outstanding guest experiences.

This role shares in team leadership, helps drive sales and profitability, and ensures bakery operations meet NbC standards while promoting the brand culture. Flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail/food service, preferably with progressive leadership.
• Experience coaching others, training new team members, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with bakery management to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure day-to-day operations comply with NbC standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and superior guest experience.
• Coach and train team members to maintain productivity goals.
