Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to work alongside the Bakery Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage cake production, and uphold NbC standards.

You will lead a team, assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback, and help drive sales and profitability while maintaining a welcoming, brand-aligned bakery environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and hands-on knowledge of bakery operations to reinforce NbC culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college education is a plus.
• 1-3 years guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Proven success coaching others and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support guest experience, cake production oversight.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members; supervise daily work.
• Maintain bakery standards, safety, and visual merchandising.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
• Open/close bakery and handle cash and deposits.
• Support marketing events and local brand activities.
• Ensure compliance with NbC policies and procedures.
