Nothing Bundt Cakes in California is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding guest service while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.

You will oversee daily bakery tasks, open and close procedures, and assist with cash handling and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with flexible availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in team or shift supervisor roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
