The role emphasizes coaching, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting in a fast-paced bakery environment. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
