Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in California is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during shifts, support teammates, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service while upholding our standards for quality and cleanliness.

You will coach staff, handle opening/closing, cash, and daily reporting, and supervise food safety and sanitation while fostering a positive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Coach staff and provide training across all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and adherence to company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
