Job summary

Celebration Cakes in Homewood, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to partner with the Bakery Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality cakes. You will supervise team members, assist with daily operations, and help drive sales while upholding NbC standards and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years guest-facing experience in retail/food service.
• Demonstrated success coaching others and driving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and leads the team to superior service.
• Co-manages cake production, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Supports hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and NbC policies.
• Assists with operations, payroll, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Co-facilitates opening/closing, cash handling and reporting.
