Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Shift Lead to join our management team. You will help deliver high-quality cakes, create a welcoming environment, and ensure a superior guest experience.

You will share in team leadership with the Bakery Manager, drive sales and profitability, and support day-to-day operations, scheduling, training, and compliance with NbC standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education is a plus).
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service.
• Experience in lead roles with managerial responsibilities preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes guest experience and fosters a positive work environment.
• Leads with Bakery Manager in guest experience, cake production, display, operations, and inventory control.
• Assists in recruiting, training, daily work direction, and coaching.
• Ensures food safety standards and NbC policies are followed.
• Supports scheduling, productivity goals, and basic accounting tasks.
• Handles special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
• Helps with opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Assists in marketing events and local brand-building activities.
• Maintains knowledge of all bakery roles and performs tasks as needed.
