• Lead and support bakery team members during shifts.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Assist with cake production, order fulfillment, and inventory.
• Train, coach and develop teammates.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling.
• Step into bakery roles as needed to support the team.
• Communicate effectively to foster a positive environment.
