Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to support the Bakery Manager in leading daily operations. You will oversee guest experience, cake production, and merchandising while coaching team members and ensuring food safety standards.

You will help with scheduling, inventory, store communications and special-order fulfillment, while maintaining NbC brand standards and a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years guest-facing experience in retail/food service, preferably in a lead role.
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• Ability to coach others, delegate tasks and manage daily duties.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable adopting new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience with a friendly, service-focused approach.
• Assist Bakery Manager in cake production, merchandising and inventory control.
• Support recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Ensure food safety standards, store cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Open/close bakery, balance cash, and assist with payroll-related tasks.
• Help execute local marketing events and special-order fulfillment.
