Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Lead/Key Holder to create a warm guest experience, manage bakery operations, and guide teams during peak times. You will greet guests, educate them on cake options, and assist with orders and packaging.

This role requires flexibility for varied shifts including weekends, and the ability to uphold NbC standards, safety, and cleanliness while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, 18+ year olds eligible.
• Experience in shift leadership or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs to create a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests on NbC products and promotions; upsell merchandise.
• Assemble and package cake and balloon orders to customer specifications.
• Handle cashiering and cash management per brand standards.
• Maintain clean and organized bakery display and workspace.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and security checks.
• Support holiday operations and adapt to role changes during busy times.
