Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to work closely with the Bakery Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, cake production, and brand presentation. This role partners with the Bakery Manager on day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintaining NbC standards, including food safety and policy compliance.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, balance daily responsibilities, manage inventory and contribute to marketing efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

• Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control.
