Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Bakery Manager to work with the Bakery Manager and team to deliver the highest-quality cakes, a welcoming guest environment, and strong store performance.

You will support leadership of guest experience, cake production, merchandising, scheduling, and training while upholding NbC standards. The role reinforces NbC culture and drives local community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail/food service
• Lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and model superior engagement.
• Lead cake production, merchandising, and inventory oversight with the Bakery Manager.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure standards for product, service, environment, safety, and NbC policies.
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, sales reporting, and payroll tasks.
• Coordinate special orders for individuals and corporate accounts.
