Nothing Bundt Cakes in Nothing Bundt Cakes location is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure outstanding service while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

The role includes coaching, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting, with a focus on maintaining food safety and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand
