Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead bakery operations across shifts, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding guest service while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervision in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
