Job summary

ACLoché LLC is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on-site in the United States. The role leads a team of 15–25 workers across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output and meeting production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce food safety, GMPs, and sanitation standards, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues while driving efficiency and smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
