Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in North Carolina is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a bakery operation. The role leads a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality output and achievement of production goals.

You will coach and develop staff, uphold GMPs and food safety, monitor performance, coordinate with maintenance and quality, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery/frozen foods advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; set clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance; address downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
