Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in North Carolina. Roles available across first, second, and third shifts, supervising 15–25 employees to ensure safe, high‑quality products while meeting goals.

You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and uphold food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, collaborating with maintenance and QA to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
