Acloché LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operation. This full-time, on-site role oversees 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and ensure safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
