6 Degrees Search in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for its bakery operation. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality output and meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team and a structured path for advancement, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to lead, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and production operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
