Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15–25 across first, second and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products and meeting production goals.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, coordinate with maintenance, QA, and other departments, and contribute to continuous improvement. Competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to coach, train, and hold staff accountable.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
