Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking skilled Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to ensure safe, high-quality products and achievement of production goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of daily production activities, and collaboration with maintenance and QA. Room for growth exists within an established supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
