Top Echelon Software, LLC in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This full-time, on-site role leads a team of 15-25 employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers room for growth within an established supervisory team. A strong background in food manufacturing, GMPs, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience is valuable.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
