Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role oversees a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as production supervisor in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead employees and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues; ensure smooth shift handoffs.
